Built for one executive at a time.
You need a clear read on what AI can do for the work in front of you. The meetings. The memos. The decisions you own. The team you lead. A short list of capabilities worth your next quarter, and the discipline to ignore the rest.
That's what this session is. A 90-minute intake to learn how you spend your time. A 90-minute bespoke training, one on one, with the systems applied to your material. A two-week tail of follow-up so the work compounds after the call.
Deliberately small. Deliberately quiet. Built for people whose time is the constraint.
We work on one or two situations from your real work. That is the vehicle. What you take away are transferable skills: how to frame a problem for a model, what to hand it, where its limits are, how to judge the work it gives you back. Once learned, they serve you well beyond the cases we worked on together.
The gap between executives who can think with AI and those who can only talk about it widens every quarter. It closes faster than most people expect. Usually in an afternoon, with the right starting points.

After the intake I ask for what shows me how you really operate: your documents, your data, the context behind your decisions. I leave a week between the two sessions to think through what we discussed and build the training on that material. The second session runs on your operational reality, with your own data on screen.

Meet your coach.
I'm Sacha Windisch, founder of Inference Associates and co-founder of Exponential Partners, where I serve as a Forward Deployed Engineer. Twenty years helping organizations work through transformation. Global financial institutions. Early-stage startups. Finance, retail, real estate, consumer products.
Most recently I completed MIT's AI Product Design program, then spent a year working with the current generation of AI systems end to end. Writing with them. Building with them. Breaking them. I came out convinced that the capability already exists to materially change how executives work. The bottleneck is almost entirely about which capabilities to invest in, and which to ignore.
This practice is the answer I would have wanted. One person, working with one executive, on the work in front of them.

No. The session is built for business leaders. I translate AI capabilities into business terms and focus on practical application. What to use, when to use it, what to ignore.
Montréal. Virtual sessions worldwide. In person across Montréal, the rest of Canada, and the US. Your office, a co-working space, wherever works. For team workshops or special engagements, I travel internationally. English and French.
Yes. This is built for immediate use. You'll leave with two or three things you can put into practice the same week. Often the same day. The whole point is to show you where AI saves you time, then get out of your way. And because what you learn is a transferable skill, it applies to work we never touched in the session.
You could. You'll spend twenty hours sorting through generic advice that may or may not apply to your industry, your workflow, your business. I've done that filtering already. In ninety minutes you get a tailored roadmap, see tools used on real examples from your work, and skip the common mistakes that cost months.
